Services

Payment of services will be as follows :-
Refundable Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit without interests of Rs. 1 lakh only will be payable by the resident and will be refunded to the resident or his next of kin or surety whoever is so nominated in the case of the demise of the resident, or in the case where the resident chooses to willfully leave the Ashiana.

In addition to the above the resident will be required to make payment of fees as shown below and as applicable to each :-
A/C Room on twin sharing basis - Rs. 9000/- per person, per month.
A/C Room per couple - Rs. 16000/- for couple, per month.
Non A/C Room on twin sharing basis - Rs. 8000/- each per person, per month.
Non A/C Room per couple - Rs. 14000/- each for couple, per month.
Dormitory for three occupants non AC - Rs. 6000/- each per person, per month.

Note:-These costs include the following :-
Food : Bed tea, breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner (A well pre- planned menu of nutritious diet for a week will be made out). Meals for relatives/ visitors will be charged extra on request.
Club : Monthly charges.
Medical Care : 24 hrs Nurse on call.
Electricity Charges : For room, with TV & cable, AC, heater.
Newspapers and periodicals in common room.
Maintenance charges of the building.
