Late Smt.Deviwati,W/o Late Shri Amar Nath Aggarwal was born in the year 1938, and lived happily to the ripe age of 68. Born in Rajasthan,she belonged to Mandi Dabwali from the family of textile merchants.
She tied the knot with Late Shri Amar Nath Aggarwal and settled in Bathinda.
After marriage, they shifted to Panchkula in 1984 and became religious & social
activisits.
Objective:
- To provide succour to the distressed by providing a home away from home.
- To provide an environment for the restoration of dignity and self respect for the senior citizens, (couple or single)
- A non profitable welfare oriented endeavour.
Location:
- Deviwati Ashiana is situated in the heart of Amravati Enclave which is a resident gated community. The enclave is located in a valley with looming and encircling hills of the Shivalik Range where Kasauli and Timber Trail offer a panoramic view. The enclave is also astride road Zirakpur – Pinjore- Kalka- Shimla on a 4 lane expressway and falls within the district of Panchkula.
- The Chandimandir Railway Station is 4.5 kms away and the Airport is 15 kms away.
